It's name suggests exactly what you will find in this community - pleasant views of the Pennsylvania countryside. Located in Longswamp Township in eastern Berks County, this park is just a 15 minute drive West of Allentown. Some neighboring towns are Topton, Breinigsville, and Macungie. Students attend schools in the Brandywine Heights School District.

The community has about 50 home sites, situated on a single, semi-circular street. The park is owned and managed by the Cole family, whose experience extends to 3 other small parks in the Lehigh Valley area. Living here is peaceful and economical - monthly lot rent is just $315 and includes water, septic, and trash collection. Dogs are not allowed, however indoor cats are permissible.

From Allentown, take Route 222 South past Trexlertown and Breinigsville. Make the Route 863 intersection, make a left. (Farmington Rd.) You will see a grapevine field on the hillside to the left. (Farmington Rd. becomes Valley Rd.) Travel about 2 miles to the community at Roth Ave, on the right.
