Highland Estates is a large community located in the Kutztown area, near New Smithville, PA. The park is very accessible to Interstate 78/Route 22, which allows for an easy commute to all points within the Lehigh Valley. There are 2 phases within the community: the original phase on the Northern side of Old Route 22 and the recent phase to the South of Old 22. The original phase has a mix of single and doublewide homes of various ages. The recent phase contains all doublewide homes under 10 years old. The park is located in Greenwich Township, Berks County. Students attend schools in Kutztown Area School District.

The community has sidewalks, a pool, fenced playground, clubhouse, and a fitness center located below the park office. Lot rents range from $405-490/month, depending on  lot size and location. Water, septic, and trash collection is included. Pets are permitted in the park, with the exception of certain dog breeds. Many home sites have beautiful views of the Pennsylvania countryside.

From Allentown, take Route 22/78 West to New Smithville/Rt. 863 exit. From the exit ramp, make a left onto 863/Golden Key Rd. At the stop sign, make a right onto Old 22. Drive about 2.5 miles to Highland Estates.
