Hi-Point Mobile Home Park is a medium sized park of about 50 homes, located in a convenient location in the Wescosville area. This park is known for its very reasonable lot rent and tidy appearance. You won't find the frills of other corporate-operated communities, just low cost living in a well maintained, locally owned and managed park. The community is owned and managed by the Cole family.

Hi-Point is located in East Penn School District, in Lower Macungie Township of Lehigh County. The school district is highly regarded for its quality in education. Neighboring the park is the Shepherd Hills Country Club golf course and the onsite grill/pub called "Krocks Pub." The club offers public golfing on a unique, tight course, that winds around the neighboring housing communities. The Pub has great food and beverages including outdoor summer seating complete with a sand volleyball court. A CVS pharmacy is conveniently located to the north of the park. There is an abundance of shopping centers located along the Hamilton Boulevard corridor that are within minutes of the park. Some shops include Bon-Ton, Kohls, Walmart, Giant, Redners, and various franchise and local eateries.   

Monthly lot rent in Hi-Point is just $320 and includes water, sewer, and trash collection. Dogs are not permitted within the park. Homes in this community tend to sell quickly due to the low low rent and desirable location, so keep an eye on our listings for current homes for sale.

From Allentown, take the Route 222 bypass South toward Reading. From the bypass, make a left onto Krocks Rd. At the stop light, make a right onto Hamilton  Boulevard (the old 222). At the next light, make a left to continue onto Krocks Rd. The park entrance is just past the CVS pharmacy on the right hand side.
