Lakeview Mobile Home Park is an all ages, small park of about 20 homes. The park is aptly named Lakeview because it is situated around Lake Todd. The lake covers about 15 acres to the north side of the park. Several homes border the lakefront, and many more have a “lake view” from their lots. The park is a very private, country location that is easily accessible from many points in the Lehigh Valley. It is located within the acclaimed Parkland School District.

The park is located in the town of Ironton in Lehigh County, although the mailing address is Coplay. (There is no post office in Ironton!) Allentown is just 10 minutes south of the park. Some neighboring towns are Schnecksville, Orefield, and Egypt. Lehigh Carbon Community College main campus is just 5 minutes to the west. Outdoor recreation and trail systems can be found on the Ironton Rail Trail and the Trexler Nature Preserve. Both park areas are located within 5 minutes of Lakeview.

The park is has very reasonable lot rent at $310/month, including water, sewer, and trash collection. Dogs are not permitted in the park, but indoor cats are ok. The homes in Lakeview are all singlewide and range in age. The community is owned and managed by the Cole family, as it has been since its inception.

From Route 22 in Allentown, take the 15th Street North exit, passing Rothrock Car Dealership. 15th Street becomes Mauch Chunk Road. Continue on Mauch Chunk for about 5.5 miles until you cross over Levans Rd. The park will be on your right, just off Mauch Chunk. (The park is easy to miss – look for the Ironton elementary school at the Levans Rd. intersection and the park will be a few hundred yard up on the right.)
