Ossie’s Mobile Home Park is an all-senior medium sized community of about 30 homes. Residency is reserved for seniors 55 and over. The park is located in a great location, just a minute off Route 309 in Orefield, Lehigh County. The park sits just 8 minutes North of the Route 22/Route 309 interchange. Ossie’s is a peaceful park with friendly residents.

Orefield is home to the nation's oldest drive-in movie theater, Shankweiler's Drive In. Another landmark is Norma J's Restaurant, a great place for breakfast or a quick lunch. If you're looking for outdoor activities, the Trexler Nature Preserve has 19 miles of multi-purpose trails and is located just 5 minutes North of Ossie's, in Schnecksville. The Preserve also has a public zoo and opportunities for fishing and hunting.

Ossie's contains mostly mixed-aged singlewide homes, with the exception of a few doublewides. Home sites are spaced along three avenues and all have off street parking. The park is very neat and well kept. Owner Eugene Wolfgang takes pride in the lawn care and overall property maintenance. Lot rent is $325/month (small additional charge for doublewide homes) and includes trash collection and sewer. Water is billed quarterly by the park owner. Dogs are not permitted in the park, but indoor cats are allowed.

From Allentown/Route 22, take Route 309 North for 3.5 miles. Turn right onto Wolf's Crossing Rd. (At Wehr's Fruit Stand). Travel 0.2 miles to Ossie's Mobile Home Park on the left.

From points North, take Route 309 South through Schnecksville and continue past Shankweiler's Drive-In. Make a left onto Wolf's Crossing Rd. and follow 0.2 miles to park on the left.
