Park Place Court is a small community of about 15 homes, located just outside of the country town of Fleetwood, in Berks County. The park is located about 20 minutes from Reading and 30 minutes from Allentown. The community is privately owned and there is an assigned manager that resides onsite. Park Place is a quiet, private neighborhood that is very convenient to Fleetwood, Topton, Kutztown University, Reading, and Deka Battery. Students attend public schools in the Fleetwood Area School District. There is a grocery store just a few hundred yards down Route 662. Be sure to look for the pet camel, YES I SAID CAMEL!!!, whose pasture is along 662, very close to the park.

Lot rental is a reasonable $405/month and includes water, sewer, and trash collection. Locked mailboxes are located in the center of the park, near the visitor parking area. Pets are permitted.

From Allentown, take the Route 222 toward Reading. Pass the exits for Kutztown. Make a left onto Moselem Springs Rd./PA-662. (There is a Sheetz gas station at this intersection.) Travel 2.5 miles into town, and make a right onto Main St. to continue on PA-662. Travel about 1.2 miles to the park on the left.

From Reading, take the 5th St Highway/US-222BR North toward Allentown. Turn slight right onto Park Road toward Blandon. Travel 4.2 miles, crossing over Walnuttown Rd., and the park will be located on the right.
