Welcome to Stone Terrace, a highly acclaimed community that sits on a hillside just above the towns of Coplay and Northampton. Many of the home sites have beautiful views of the river and downtown areas of Northampton. Stone Terrace is the ONLY mobile home community located in Whitehall-Coplay school district. The community is located in Lehigh County, Whitehall Township. Locally owned and managed, this park is known for its exceptional upkeep and friendly residents. Although Stone Terrace is an all ages community, there is a high ratio of senior residents. Homes for sale don't last long....so be sure to call us for showings when listings become available.

Stone Terrace's great location lends itself to an abundance of nearby activities. Whitehall's shopping malls, including the region's largest Lehigh Valley Mall is just a quick drive down Route 145. There are Giant, Redners, and Weis grocery stores all within 1-5 minutes drive of the park. The Ironton Rail trail (see photos above) is a 9.2 mile hiking and biking loop and can be accessed only a few hundred yards down the hill from Stone Terrace. The trail connects with the nearby Whitehall Parkway, a 110 acre park open to residents for hiking, fishing, and nature exploring. I can't forget to mention the annual 4th of July fireworks courtesy of the borough of Coplay. The fireworks set off just downhill from Stone Terrace, so you may find the best viewing spot might be from your own front porch! Mike and I attend the celebration at a friend's home that lives in the park, so I tell you this from personal experience! Lot rental in Stone Terrace is $415 monthly, and includes sewer and trash collection. Water is billed separately by the park. Small dogs up to 15" at the ears are welcome, 1 per household.
