Looking for an all-seniors community that is affordable and in a great location? Look no further than Valley View Estates. The community is located on Route 100, just a stone's throw from the town of Trexlertown. (Even though the mailing address is Macungie!) Just down the street is the Valley Preferred Cycling Center, home of the Olympic Champion cyclist, Marty Nothstein. Valley View is reserved for residents 55 and over, and most units are designated single occupancy only. The Roddick's are the long time owners and managers of the community and live onsite. Valley View is a very peaceful and affordable place to retire.

The community is located in Lehigh County, Lower Macungie Township. Several shopping centers and eateries are within minutes of the park. Lot rental in Valley View is $290 monthly, and includes water, septic, and trash collection. Small dogs are welcome with a $5/month charge and park owner approval.

Please refer to the map below for location. From Allentown, take the 222 Bypass South toward Reading. Take the Route 100 exit and make a left onto Route 100. Travel about 1.3 miles, crossing over Hamilton Blvd. The community will be on the right. Look for a row of mailboxes at the entrance.
