Looking for a safe and affordable place in the country? Woodland Mobile home park may be right for you! Located in Longswamp Township in eastern Berks County, this park is just a 15 minute drive West of Allentown. Reading is a 25 commute to the West. The community is located in Brandywine Heights School District. The mailing address is Mertztown, however the town of Topton is only 1/2 mile up the street. Topton is a quaint country town home to about 2,000 people. Lot rent is $330/month with a charge of $20/month for each additional person in the home. Water, sewer, and trash collection is included. There are about 30 home sites and locked mailboxes are located in the rear of the park. Pets are permitted in the community. Please refer to the map below for location. From Allentown, take Route 222 South past Trexlertown and Breinigsville. Make the Route 863 intersection, make a left. (Farmington Rd.) You will see a grapevine field on the hillside to the left. Travel approximately 2.5 miles. (Farmington Rd. becomes Valley Rd.) You will pass Countryview Mobile Home Park on the right. Turn left onto Chestnut St. and go 0.2 miles. Turn right onto Store St., and then almost immediately bear right onto State St. Travel 1.2 miles to the park on the right at Woodland Ln. Watch carefully - the front of the park is hidden by a line of arborvitaes along the road and it is easy to miss. |
