Indian Creek Village is perhaps one of the most sought after communities in the Lehigh Valley. Located in Lower Macungie Township in Lehigh County, this park is just a 10 minute drive from Allentown, 5 minute drive to Emmaus, and right around the corner from downtown Macungie.  The community is located in the highly regarded East Penn School District. There are roughly 175 sites, with a good mix of double and singlewide homes. Most of the homes were placed in the late 1990’s to early 2000’s, so the park is fairly “young.”

The park has a good amount of green space – fields, wood lines, and walking paths, and a nice view of neighboring farm land. Lot rent is $520/month and includes water, sewer, and trash collection. Indian Creek is the only park in the area to offer piped in natural gas through UGI. This results in very economical heating and eliminates outside fuel tanks around the homes. Mailboxes are located at the park entrance. Pets are permitted (2 dogs per household).

The neighboring town of Macungie has a variety of festivities throughout the seasons. Be sure to check out the famous car shows at the Macungie Park: The Wheels of Time hot rod show in August features over 2200 customs cars, while the Das Awkscht Fest showcased the more traditional classic and antique cars. Macungie has several parks including a beautiful flower park, and a unique “Bear Trail” walking path that winds through the town.
